Paxaver runs on Cloudflare's edge network with end-to-end encryption, role-based access control, two-factor authentication, and automated daily backups. AI features are gated by fair-usage controls and never train on your school's data, while responsible AI and privacy stay at the core of the experience.
Student data is separated by country and, where the law requires it, by province or state. Paxaver complies with PIPEDA, FIPPA, PIPA, FOIP, Quebec Law 25, and CASL in Canada; GDPR in Europe; and FERPA, COPPA, CCPA/CPRA, CPA, and VCDPA in the United States. If you move between countries, provinces, or states, contact us and we will migrate your data to the correct region.
